Had an email saying I missed a deadline for providing information, please contact us with relevant info or account will be closed by 5th May I have throughly checked and I did not receive an email asking for info. Got the email at 6:08 am and my account had been closed by 7:10am, no access to funds, no access to statements. No money can go in or out of the account.
All I was told was it’s. Business decision and will receive an email in 2 working days, effectively stopped my business
Absolute disgrace, customer services no help whatsoever. They had quite obviously been through this scenario a lot!
