I will never order from CaskCartetl again. My shipment has been pending for 6 days now. A label & FedEx tracking number was created on 06/17. FedEx still has not received the shipment. My email to CaskCartel asking for help went unanswered. Now I have to wait until some undetermined time has passed before they allow me to make a claim with the route protection.
