After placing an internet order, I received a call from Cass Bros to advise the items would not be available for delivery that week as the stock had to come from another warehouse. They wanted to make sure I was OK with the longer delivery timeframe and that I was not waiting on the items urgently. Thank you for making a simple phone call to prevent any angst!
