The service from Cass Brothers has been fine but the delivery has still not been received despite having placed the order on 28 January and acknowledgement of delivery on 8 February. Unfortunately, the Courier Service used to transport the item to Darwin is not known for its reliability and customer service. A delivery was attempted on 14 February with an email confirming delivery on that day being received at 10.58 am (when already at work). The item has been missing ever since and the courier service has been unable to locate it despite multiple calls and emails. I would like to provide a review of the product but unfortunately it is unable to be located or received at this time.
