Its a shame that insurance companies cannot be honest when it comes to a renewal. I received my renewal for the coming year for approx £195. I vitied a comparison site entered all the same details, and a rate came up with Castle Cover for approx £30. less than my renewal from them. Hence I went with the comparison site. If the company were honest in the first place, they would have immediately got my business, but this sort of behaviour by the company, depletes my opinion of them and their integrity, and could not have been good for them getting repeat business.
