Don't be fooled into believing you have any cover whatsoever, as this company will do everything they can not to pay out. Taking out cover with these cowboys has literally cost me thousands. They use one stalling tactic after another, so if you have work that absolutely needs to be fixed within a sensible timescale (eg you need to put your house on the market, or something needs fixing to prevent ongoing damage) you will end up giving up and paying for it yourself. They will literally stall for months on jobs which need to be fixed immediately. Needless to say when you pay for the work yourself as it absolutely needs doing now, they will say they didn't authorise it, so you will not get a penny. And this is all before they officially reject your claim on the basis that any damage was due to "wear and tear", which they do not cover. Nothing but scammers.
