Price, delivery time and customer service from CatFlaps.co.uk was excellent. First time I have used them, would not hesitate to order again. The Catamate catflap is excellent too. We have had the same model for the last 15 years, but it was showing signs of wear (understandably) and needed an update. The new version has an improved locking mechanism design, which prevents the accidental operation of the entry/exit lock buttons. This is a really useful enhancement that removes the possibility of your cat either being locked out, or worse, locked in as our conservatory can get ridiculously hot on sunny days. Excellent design overall. Hope this one lasts another 15 years :)
