We have used Master Plastics for the replacement of the Cat Flaps in our 20 pen Cattery, also for other items. The website is straight foreward and easy to understand and use. They are very prompt on dispatching the items and we receive them within 2 days of ordering. The goods are always well packaged so no damage and always correct to the order. So no returns. Would reccomend.
