Prompt delivery and, so far, the product seems fine. Only tiny irritation was that the batteries don't stay in very well when the cover is lifted up, as it has to be to programme the flap. As another reviewer noted, "pass cat slowly through cat flap" (in order to programme it to recognise the microchip) can be "interesting" (!), depending on your cat's temperament, but I managed it fine by putting some treats on the floor just in front of the flap (would recommend doing this before you fit the flap into the door, as it's easier!). Overall, it seems great so far, and our cat has learnt to use it very quickly, thus proving to my wife that she (the cat) is very intelligent, and not daft.
