Having ordered a replacement flap for a well used Catmate cat flap, I found that the frame was also cracked and I should have ordered the complete thing. Having phoned Catflaps in a bit of a flap, a very helpful person retrieved the order from dispatch and sorted out my re-order. Great service all round.
