Received the cat-flap very quickly, very well packaged. Been fitted for a couple of weeks now, all working well. As previous reviews say, it's best in silent mode as the beep is quite loud! After the first day our 2 nervous cats seem to have got used to it. Very reassuring to know that the local bully-cat won't be waking us up at 3am after attacking our cats in their own home, and no more coming home to his wee in the kitchen! Our cats are already visibly more relaxed at home and not constantly sniffing around for invaders. Would highly recommend this cat flap, but keep in mind it does require plugging into mains (battery as back-up power only). We have not tried out any of the 'modes' apart from silent, but instructions look good for when we do.
