The Catflap was a direct replacement for one that was supplied with a double glazed door. Overtime foxes and other cats had try to force it and the tunnel and door had fractured. Despite repairs it became too stiff for our small cat to operate. I managed to remove the old Catflap and replace with the new one in less than ten minutes. The cat and my wife are delighted. I was delighted with the quickness of arrival and the price!
