i am really not able to pass comment on customer service,as i haven't recieved the goods that i ordered at this moment in time.the latest update i recieved from yourselves was dec.6th. stating that goods had been shipped to my address.as it is near christmas i realise that the postal services often get backlogged, si i must make allowances for delays.
