We had a new door fitted so decided to have a new flap as well. This one looks smarter / neater than the old one (a Staywell). It's MUCH quieter because it has only one flap and no noisy closer magnet which was always a nuisance with the old one. It also seems to fit a lot better when closed so reducing drafts. And the cats got used to it straight away. Didn't fit it myself - got the (uPVC) door installers to do it. They said "it wasn't particularly easy to do"??... but I can't comment personally; however there are some "rough edges" on the external side where the tunnel has had to be cut to the correct depth for the door panel. Overall though, very pleased to date.
