Settling down to watch the usual fayre of repeats on TV on Christmas Eve, I was startled by the loud crash emanating from the kitchen. Bobby – the large, timid ginger tom who moved in with us a couple of years back had shattered the flap on our ageing cat flap in his eagerness to escape whatever was chasing him. On asking how I might sort out the price difference, the person at Catflaps.co.uk (Matt) said there would be no extra charge… it wasn’t worth the hassle or price of a phone call. Having endured several days of an icy wind blowing through the gaping hole in our back door – we have six cats other than Bobby, so the cat flap is always in use – the replacement arrived. Very soon order was restored. I have no hesitation in saying that not only is Catflaps.co.uk one of the best companies I have dealt with in terms of cat flaps – admittedly my experience is limited – but one of the best companies I have dealt with ever. If their professionalism, eagerness to please and genuine concern with customer satisfaction could be emulated elsewhere, perhaps this country might not be in the mess it currently finds itself in. 5 star service.
