Great products and fast delivery, very pleased. The way the their delivery company handled the package was a bit of a let down though. The product had a little defect due to the damaged package. This didn't seem to bother the "receiver" of the toy too much and we decided to keep it. Little bit of tape seemed to fix the chipped part well and it's hidden underneath. I contacted the CatFlaps.co.uk to give direct feedback regards the courier and received reply from the company within few hours. Communication and problem solving is excellent. Overall, very pleased and will buy again!
