I haven't yet fitted my new Staywell catflap but I don't forsee any problems as it's a direct and exact replacement for the one it's replacing (bought that long ago I can't remember). it's just worn out through understandable wear and tear. I was relieved to find that the model I originally fitted is still available because: a. I know it's a well made product, does it's job and is 100% reliable. b. Being a direct replacement, it will fit into the same hole with only a couple of minutes work tightening two screws. Price was a key issue and after a lot of searching Catflaps.co.uk were unbeatable - my first port of call, as usual was eBay, the prices on there were really stupid compared to the price I ended up paying so if you can find one of these flaps cheaper new then good luck to you. The service from Catflaps.co.uk was second to none with regular updates on my order status and delivery within 48 hours at the standard rate. There's nothing not to like about my experience with Catflaps.co.uk and would recommend them to anyone - based on my recent experience.
