I have only just finished fitting this to a sliding door, I wish it could have been a wee bit slimmer as I had to modify the door and frame, but after fitting and programing, which was straight forward, the flap seems to be working fine. Our cat was used to a flap so got used to the clicking noise quite quickly.
Overall it seems a good purchase, well made and keeps other cats out.
I would recommend this product.
