I’ve been a customer for a few years now. I’ve noticed in more and more of the bags I receive that there are large chunks of coconut fibers. (Like a tumble weed)
It appears that they didn’t shred properly when going through the machine. A clump here and there is fine. But I’m seeing it more and more. And I have to break them apart or just toss out the chunks.
Just wondering what has changed cuz I’m wasting litter over here.
