I had some issues with change of address for the delivery. They changed the address for me with giving me a new shipment of Cat Spot litter with no charge, even though they already send it to the old address. I've been using them for more than 2 yrs and have no complaints. It's natural and my Cats has no problems with it. As for me it is easy cleaning.
