Glad I took the plunge After being in chronic pain for near 25yrs I took the plunge after seeing a friend post about Jim's knowledge. I ve struggled over the yrs with various pain meds resulting in other issues including ibs. I decided to go cold turkey and oh boy that was hard going. Started on the strawberry range of Jim's produce and within the 1st 2 days was seeing a massive difference. Fast forward, I ve just picked up another 2 bottles. I ve found and increase in energy, no dizzy heads with meds, pain is controlled to a level I can function with. Sleep is the best I ve had in years. I wish I'd done this years ago.
