Visited the store yesterday afternoon and was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady called Cat . Any worries nerves and fears left me within 5 mins with this lady. Admittedly I was in with an open mind if what I wanted however pretty clear on what I didn’t want . There were a few ladies in with appointments at the same time but I felt as though it was just me . Cat made me feel at complete ease and guided me through my day offering her expertise with so much information even though I thought I had done my homework . At no point did I ever feel any persuasion to buy any dresses I was trying on . However I bought THE dress and hat and left a happy woman . Even the torrential rain outside didn’t marr my wonderful experience
