Terrible sitter, my house was in disarray when I arrived home from a two week trip. Bowls dirty, water dirty and not refilled, litter not changed and house stinking to high heaven. Not to mention my cat traumatised and clearly someone had visited once or twice, took pictures that everything was fine and took their money and left my cat to fend for itself. Will never use again. Customer service were not helpful claiming my sitter had received 5 stars so they were surprised. Deleted my account and will use a Cattery next time. Took two hours to clean my home and calm my pet after the experience. So unhappy!!
