After I had ordered my two items, I was emailed by custometr services apologising that one of the items was out of stock. A refund was sent to my account immediately. The remaining item was posted to me by Express 24 and I received it two days later. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and also with the quality and fit of the top that I bought. I have bought from Cavells both in the shop and on line and each time received excellent service from them.
