Ordered 2 items with one postage charge but then was emailed to say one item was out of stock so they dispatched just the one item and was charged full postage. I would not have ordered at all if there was only to be one item. Was not given the opportunity to cancel the entire order before dispatch. Online stock balance clearly wrong in letting me order something not available.
