The member of staff that I spoke to at Cavells was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product, helpful and thoughtful. I bought a pair of shoes online and spoke to her before purchasing them. She knew that the sizes came up large and she was also able to talk to me clearly about the returns policy. She checked the shoes were in stock and arranged for them to be dispatched that afternoon. She was delightful to speak to as well and I felt that the service was outstanding and felt very personal as though I was in the shop with her. I have been meaning to phone and thank her for her help. The courier service were initially disappointing but eventually the situation was dealt with by a helpful member of the courier company. Overall, because of the great experience with the Cavells member of staff I would be very happy to use Cavells again.
