Hired a Luton Van twice over a couple of weeks. Bothe times: very easy to use website, quick handover in the office then quick handover/inspection on the road. Good instructions to use the tail-lift. Van in very good working order with good radio, heating, all controls. Pleasant office staff, was able to pick up earlier than initially stated no problem. Felt a valued customer. Would definitely use again.
