This is because the valuation is based only on data at DVLA and the valuation that I was given did not have the correct up to date mileage of the car which is 10% lower than that estimated mileage by your algorithm based programme. On questioning the result you had no way of amending the valuation to a fair value. Other authorities such as the Financial Ombudsman would receive similar misleading results.
