We booked quite late with casenove+loyd travel agency as a colleague in Great Britain suggested getting in touch with them. They were quick to respond and we hastily booked our vacation. Later finding out that we paid over the odds- approximately 10-15% more than some of the quotes we later received that looks very similar….. my husband questioned the price they gave & we did not receive a satisfactory response. The trip was jolly, but it was clear that the lady that arranged the trip did not have much knowledge of the country as she offered no alternatives or insights/suggestions into our areas of interest and the itinerary felt very “off the shelf” and it was extremely expensive. We will not return, and nor will our associates.
