It was a good pre-order service, and ordering tool was made easy, I wasn't at all happy with the delivery service, you couldn't give me a delivery time slot just a date which like most I work during the day so I got on to UPS and they were the same apart from I was promised a call from local depot with a more accurate time, which I never received, once I came home I had a slip through my front door which said parcel was alongside my wheelie bin, I was terribly surprised due to the value of the item that anyone could have taken it, I've taken a photo also. Whether the box was badly damaged prior to UPS collecting it from yourselves I don't know but when I arrived I was surprised that no parts had been damaged considering how bad the box was.
