All the staff (Nikki, Sarah and Josh) were very helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic. I always felt valued as a customer and like I could approach them with any queries before hand. The actual day went very well, and Sarah and Josh were very flexible and didn't get annoyed when our meeting overran by 30 minutes in the morning, meaning they had to delay their preparations. Thankfully Sarah and Josh didn't get tired of all the innuendos my colleagues threw at them, and found it amusing when they couldn't stop laughing. We felt that the day gave us great value for money and appreciated how relaxed Josh and Sarah were with people asking the same questions all the time and making a mess. People were impressed with the amount of chocolates they could take home too.
