You were just so easy to deal with. You replied to all of my questions leading up to the event promptly and helpfully. The contact leading up to the day was perfect - not too much, but enough so that I was confident that everything would run to plan. And then the actual event itself was perfect. The activities suited all abilities, from the young to the old(er!), the energetic to the heavily-pregnant. Everyone had a fantastic time and all of the feedback I've had since the event has been overwhelmingly positive, with colleagues saying it's the best event of its kind that they've attended.
