Several teams from our organisation have completed the Work of Art event. It was an excellent activity that really brought team members together who otherwise may not work together. It went beyond just bringing the teams together, they supported each other by actively networking the room, offering help to those that needed it to get their work of art completed in time. This activity should not be overlooked, it is fun whilst being quite therapeutic, and there is a collective product at the end, that now sits proudly in our offices.
