Joke of a company! Customer service is quick answering, polite but utterly useless. I only ordered a laptop bag for it to never arrive and various calls and emails to be told, it'll be with you tomorrow, I'll get straight back to you (never did) or it'll be with you in 3days very latest Friday. To then call up after 18days to be told it still hadn't been despatched.
If you can't provide something don't sell it, simple as really.
Seems common with these if your item is stocked you'll get it. If it ain't then good luck cause you'll need it with these jokers.
