Disgraceful service poor communication no response to emails for an RMA return. Even involved customer services emails not returned, item returned no tracking number given and went back to DPD depot and returned to them and no answer on the progress of where my £1800 graphics card is.
Stay clear do not purchase expensive items from this company they are useless and don’t even know how to communicate, happy to take your money good luck trying to get anything resolved. Used Overclockers or Scan computers they are light years ahead of this bunch of cowboys.
