This company over-charges (check Amazon for lower prices on most their products), is dishonest about delivery times and has appalling customer service, not responding to emails. I ordered a CPU from them on Nov 8th at scalping prices (£70 above RRP) on the basis of a promised 15th Nov shipping date. When it hadn't turned up by the 20th, I contacted them and was told to expect it towards the end of November. By the end of December still nothing heard, so I emailed them telling them how unhappy I was - they didn't bother to answer my email but logging in to the web site, I find out that they have simply cancelled my order without telling me. I have never had such dreadful service from a company selling computer parts.
