Let's be honest here CCL online offer the worse service I've seen, I was a frequent customer but over the years their service has been getting worse and even contacting customer service is impossible to do. I sent a faulty motherboard for RMA and it's been over a month and two weeks and still have not got my money back, I then recently taken it up with PayPal resolution service to resolve this issue.
