I ordered a key for Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and received the key via email shortly after the order confirmation. When I tried entering the key in steam it said it was already activated by another user. I emailed customer service immediately about this issue and they responded quickly asking for screenshots to prove that I was logged into my account and entering the key correctly. That email was a combination of accusatory and insulting to my intelligence, but I played along and sent the screenshots they asked for. They said they needed to investigate which may take up to 48 hours. The next day I received an email with a new key. The new key gave me the same error that it was already registered to someone else when I tried to activate it in steam. I replied to the last customer service email letting them know it happened again, with screenshots. The next day I got refunded. All I wanted was a valid key.
