I purchased a game key using the direct PayPal option (without creating an account) and received only an order ID, with no game key provided. The message said I would get an email with a link to the key, but that email never arrived. After waiting an hour, I reached out to support. To their credit, they responded quickly and claimed to have re-sent the confirmation email, but it still didn't arrive. I was using the same email linked to my PayPal account, where I expected to receive the link. After the email failed to arrive again, I informed support and asked them to confirm they had the correct email address. No response. 24 hours later, I sent another email requesting an update—again, no reply. They seem to have given up, leaving me with no key and out the money. I cannot recommend this service!
