I feel completely scammed by CDKeys. I purchased a key that didn’t work, and when I reached out to their support team, they told me to contact Steam. Steam confirmed that the issue was with the key itself and not on their end. I sent CDKeys proof of this, expecting a refund or at least some real help — instead, they abruptly closed the chat and ignored my request. This is unacceptable. CDKeys sold me a faulty product and took no responsibility for it. Their support was dismissive and unhelpful, and in the end, I was left with nothing. Be warned: if something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t expect CDKeys to stand behind what they sell. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
