CEDR worked in partnership with British Airlines on my claim and circumnavigated my engaged legal counsel to give me a bad faith offer for less than my initial claim 7 months after its initial submission and a full month after it was modified officially with an official demand letter due to the complete lack of response by BA. Having had access to our demand letter and knowing that we had rejected their settlement offer, CEDR unilaterally decided that we had accepted the settlement and declared the case closed. Don't bother with this scam. Just go directly to court and save the hassle.
