Celcom is the worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with. Given incorrect information from everyone I spoke to in several celcom outlets and their bluecube office. I have tried to cancel my post paid service at their office due to terrble coverage in Senibong Cove, and my mobile picking up Singapore towers whilst still in Malaysia. Customer service is non existent and their sales staff are inept. I was told I had to purchase a post paid sim as I as a foreigner, and pay a 150 ringitt deposit which is not true. Have since purchased a Maxis prepaid sim and their coverage and customer service has been excellent.
