Absolutely thrilled to find this company online! Wonderful customer service. I ordered my bench seat pad and two cushions and decided to change the design from magnolia grey to fern because I had moved my bench to another area and that would be better suited. I emailed to ask how easy it was to make a return and I received an email back from Martyn very quickly to say that he would unpack my original order as it hadn’t yet been collected for delivery and would pack and send me the new pattern. What a great service! Martyn was extremely helpful and I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of the cushions is lovely and they make a lovely addition to my garden. The delivery is very quick and if any problem they are very easy to reach and are very helpful.
