I ordered a tablecloth towards the end of last year but did not open it immediately which I should have done (as it was a replacement for when my existing tablecloth was in the wash) When I did open it, I found the wrong size item. Although I was way past the “return date”, the company nonetheless agreed to refund the money as the item I ordered has now sadly been discontinued, and for me to keep the incorrect item. It is so nice to get such excellent service and a very prompt reply when I contacted them.
