Ordered two "floating shelves". They arrived as literally two bits of wood, no holes drilled and wood untreated. Essentially we just paid 60 pounds for two small bits of pine and two brackets worth 2.50 each. We emailed them but received no response at all. We have ordered shelves from elsewhere that are cheaper and of significantly better quality. Avoid ordering shelves from this company and look elsewhere
