Please do not use this company. I mortgaged only 5 acres of our 30 acres of family land and they managed to foreclose on us and take all 30 acres. They slipped unsigned documents into our closing paperwork that we never agreed to and took land that had been in our family for over 60 years and Tiffany Owen's ( realtor) knew they were doing this but bought it anyway for 179, 000 n flipped it for a half of million to our neighbor behind us. Now they the Werners own all the land around me including mine now. Everyone of these people made a lot of money off of our family land by stealing us blind. And my shitty lawyer Ted Jones sat back and watched everyone of these people financially rape us of everything we owned n the present and also from the past
