The $19,500 transfer to my account has been confirmed by Centralplus with my bank. However, my account does not appear to have the money. "Please resend your inquiry if you are still having problems" is the only response I have received from their help when I contact them. That was on December 15, 2023. Two weeks prior, I was made aware of a money recovery business (K E Z O O K) that assisted me in getting my money returned to my account.
