The worst app ever The worst app ever! I purchased an item that I needed for an event only because it said next day delivery. I even opted for the store pick up because I didn't want any delays with the delivery company. I called twice and no one could tell me where my order was. Then I receive an SMS an midnight telling me the order is ready for collection. I ask if I can keep the order and still get my refund as some kind of compensation and the call centre says no, we don't offer any compensation for service issue. This was only one affordable item, not a selection of items, and still nothing can be done to assist me or offer some kind of apology. Not the first time I've experienced this service from Centrepoint. Delete the app if you have it, not worth the trouble. They don't know what customer service is.
