Vernon quoted for a whole dwelling mechanical ventilation system and biocide application. All he did was replace one perfectly serviceable bathroom extractor fan and charge £1795. When I complained he said he would respond within 28 days and then ghosted me. Six weeks after my complaint, I've heard nothing. Very dishonest. AVOID.
