DO NOT SIGN A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY!
I canceled my contract with them in August 2022 with a $0 balance account. On June 2, 2023, I had an incidental charge of $45 on my credit card. I called the company to ask what the payment was for and then asked why I had not received a bill. In addition, I asked that my credit card be removed from my account. I was told by one of the agents that "HIPAA requires them to keep credit cards on file for 6 years." This is not true, HIPPA does not cover credit cards. I was also informed that Cerebral has free reign to charge my card at any time charges incur. The problem is, my account is cancelled with Cerebral so how would I generate charges? And how will know that they will be charging me? Enter at your own risk!
